MAG ECO Spiral mixer with fixed bowl
The MAG ECO spiral mixer with fixed bowl from BERTO is designed for bakers who want high quality output. The MAG ECO mixer is ideal for users seeking simplicity when producing standard doughs. It features:
- Two electromechanical and programmable timers
- Two tool speeds and a bowl reverse speed for easier dough unloading
- Two independent motors that guarantee consistency and power during kneading operations
- A wheeled frame with adjustable feet for easier installation and cleaning
- A clear dust cover (with hatch) to limit flour projections and allow the addition of small ingredients during mixing
- A drain plug for effective bowl cleaning
Capacities available: 60, 80, 120, 160, and 200 kg of dough*
(maximum dough capacity for an average hydration rate of 60%).
MAG-R Spiral mixer with removable bowl
The MAG-R spiral mixers are designed for semi-industrial and industrial use. They are suitable for the production of all leavened doughs (excluding doughs with less than 50% hydration).
The MAG-R spiral mixer is a perfect solution for users who desire simplicity and efficiency thanks to:
- Two electromechanical timers
- Two tool speeds and a bowl reverse speed for easier dough unloading.
- Two independent motors that guarantee both consistency and power during kneading operations.
All the mixers in the MAG-R range are equipped with:
- A hydraulic system for raising and lowering the head.
- A removable bowl and a stainless steel cover with a hatch that limits flour dust and enables the addition of small ingredients during mixing.
- A drain plug for efficient cleaning of the bowl.
Three models are available: 80, 120 and 160 kg of dough*
