New touchscreen interface for the Mobimix Adjustable Industrial Mixer
Thanks to this new touchscreen interface, VMI is reinforcing its commitment to simplify the daily life of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and chemicals manufacturers. The Mobimix is now available with an intuitive, touch-sensitive control panel, designed to make it easier for staff to operate the equipment.
A new digital and intuitive control panel
VMI guarantees instantaneous handling of the Digy interface due to its simple and intuitive design based on universal digital language codes.
With the new Digy touch interface, you can easily change the mixing parameters: tool speed, mixing time, adding phases… everything becomes simple to setup and manage. The interface is also used to control the motorized lifting and lowering. During mixing, an automatic and continuous up/down movement can be activated. The programming mode allows you to save your recipes so that you can repeat them exactly and ensure the consistency of your preparations.
VMI agitators upgraded with Digy Interface
The Digy interface is available on the whole range of Mobimix industrial mixers (except ATEX) :
- Mobimix 600: from 10 to 100 liters
- Mobimix 800: from 30 to 200 liters
- Mobimix 1 200: from 100 to 1 000 liters
- Mobimix 1 500: from 200 to 2 000 liters
- Mobimix telescopic: from 50 to 1 000 liters

Simple and easy to use
Thanks to its two operating modes, the Digy touch control panel makes setting up all of your operations simple:
- Manual mode, which enables you to actively control your recipe and adjust the various parameters
- Programming mode : You can save up to 100 recipes for automatic execution. You can add up to 10 phases, adjusting each phase’s tool speed and mixing time. To control the mixing or add components at any time, you can add operator calls.
When adding raw materials into the mixture or when the viscosities of the two phases are different, the tool’s vertical sweeping feature (automatic raising/lowering of the tool) makes it easier to aspirate the product onto the surface.
Several parameters can be monitored on the screen, such as time, mixing speed or power.
